Walgreens has its good and bad service and we all kind of know when to go in. I've always found everything I need and when I have needed help it's been given.

I have definitely had some issues with the call center for Walgreens. However once you get past those people and get to the actual employees of this Walgreens, they are very helpful and professional! Hailey just helped me fill my prescription after being told it couldnt be filled by a Caroline in their call center, so I am thankful they have people that do care and are willing to help!

had a tough day putting family member in hospice. the lady not even working on my order jumped in with her two cents. i looked and was surprised to see she was a pharmacist (Tara) (walgreens on bridge street wausau)she was rude and condescending. made a bad day even worse. she needs a customer service class. was so rude to the lady before her and the gentleman after that. sad. only thank you was the tech that helped me (will transfer care to Young’s.

I think its INSANE to allow these people at the pharmacy a break from 1:30-2pm with how busy they are. Extremely low performance culture. Always lots of rushing around nothing being achieved. The issue is they need a male pharmacist

Everyone in the pharmacy has always treated me very well. From on the phone, in person giving a vaccine shot or at the pickup window. You wouldn't want your pharmacist making a mistake on YOUR medication, so be patient. Give these people a break. To many people expect instant service, like the fast food restaurants, except now, even the fast food restaurants are not that fast. Everyone is short staffed. Slow down and be kind to your service provider's. Thank you.

Even tho it’s inconvenient for me to fill somewhere else, all my experiences with the pharmacy at Walgreens on bridge street the staff have been super rude.

Due to the pharmacy policy for Walgreens they only order a set amount of ADD medication but will accept anyone with these medications and make them wait several days past the refill date. Walgreens has been a major inconvenience for me while dealing with my mental health.

They provide piss poor patient care long wait times. Saying they have prescriptions going to pick them up then them not being there at all. Being placed on hold then having them call you at a different number because they forgot you were on hold absolutely disgusting place to be. I would never recommend them even for prescribing drugs for a pet ant. If I could give a negative number I would.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I turned in a disposable camera 5 months ago, called and stopped in multiple times to check to see if the prints ever came in and even called the complaint department about this and heard nothing. Each person that helped me was very unhelpful. It was either they didn't know why my order was still being processed, told me to check back a different time or was rude. I never got a call either like I was supposed to ever giving me updates or if they ever did come in and ended up getting dumped because I never knew they were in. I am extremely upset because I had taken some of my most memorable and meaningful photos on that camera figured I would get the prints back like I was supposed to.

I tried calling them to find out if they carry a specific item. It was a robot that could not have been less helpful, giving the dumbest responses, asking the dumbest questions, talking about their app, and giving no option to speak with a person. After five minutes of yelling at it, it finally said "OK, in order to help you, I need to know if you're looking for someone from the pharmacy or the store." I pressed the store option, waited on hold for ten minutes, then was greeted with "Welcome to the pharmacy, how can I help." I said I needed the regular store, she said "OK, one moment", and hung up on me.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, and the person who did my consultation basically shouted everything about my medical condition for the entire waiting area of people to hear. Changing my pharmacy asap.
