They're very well stocked and a great quick stop... but they have one cashier that is just horrid she's rude and inattentive and just all around unpleasant. I actually only go into this one if I cannot avoid it. I dread checking out when she is there.

Nicole the supposed manager has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen in a retail environment, she enjoyed haven’t the power over laundry detergent. ? the ad stated if you buy 4 you received money back but she refused to sell me 4 and said it was unreasonable amount of laundry detergent. HAHA! They were 1 liter bottles…clearly she’s clueless

They take a very long time to fill a script. Multiple times I’d get a call notifying me that my prescriptions are ready for pick up and when I get there I’m told oh no actually they’re not ready you have to go wait. Walgreens you seriously need to have a talk with your pharmacy staff. The rudeness I just received because they attempted to run a script through an old insurance provider (not the one on file from a week ago) and I had to tell her TWICE that no she had the incorrect provider. there’s absolutely no reason it should take over 5 Hours to fill a prescription.

I have never received such poor customer service. My coworker picked up my prescription with my fast pass code and after it was picked up, I realized they had not ran my prescription through my insurance and charged me $403 for what should’ve been a $5 prescription. I have picked up my prescription several times from this location with no issues. I ended up having to go in person to receive a refund and they wouldn’t accept the “customer receipt” label printed on the bag and needed the physical receipt to process the return. They called over a manager and the manager was extremely rude to the girls working up front and wouldn’t even give them or myself the time of day to try to resolve the issue. My coworker ended up finding the second receipt and sent it over and they processed the refund. After getting home, I noticed there were actually TWO charges for $403. I called Walgreens and one of the same individuals I dealt with in person answered the phone and cut me off several times when I tried to explain the situation and blamed it on my bank and that I didn’t have a physical receipt (from before). She told me I would have to wait until Monday and refused to offer me any help. After I asked her to refrain from cutting me off so that I could explain that there were two charges, she said she would have someone call me tomorrow. I am shocked at the blatant disregard and disrespect I received from multiple individuals for TWO $400 overcharges that were caused on their end. I understand people make mistakes, but when you continue to be rude, especially in a situation where you just put someone out of $800 you would think you would at least be treated respectfully. I will absolutely be switching pharmacies and not recommending this facility to anyone.

Friendly people!
