Its where I get my meds from it was so convenient when they stayed open 24/7 at the Bridge Street location along with the lack of security it was a shoplifters place to be. They could have went on to making money by utilizing there drive up window for after hours just for online orders but that's just me and that idea is the only one that I give away for free the next one Walgreens will be paying me

I have never felt so disrespected. Attempted to pay multiple time kd and machine kept saying my cards were not working the nice person at the register thought maybe switching to a different register wouldn’t fix the problem so he called another person to come and void the transaction. This lady came up and told me that maybe I just don’t have enough money and told me to use the ATM when I asked if the ATM would charge me she told me no so I proceeded to take cash out because I had to show her that I had money because she did not believe me. The ATM then charged me $3.25 to take out cash to pay for my transaction because she would not switch registers. This lady was so rude And treated me like I was dead broke I attempted to show her my bank account because I clearly have more than enough money to pay my $18 purchase will never return

I went to Walgreens today for groceries, And needed assistance in using the Register device to pay for my purchase. The Manager and Cashier/Store Associate were knowledgeable and polite even though it took a long time to resolve my issue. I was happy to see they could smile while troubleshooting the issue. And was also thankful of a nice lady that paid part of my total. It made my day much less stressful and I am grateful for the help I received. Thankyou.

one of the employees at the central bridge street in Wausau WI location does not wear her face mask properly. she leaves her nose uncovered all the time. I told her about it and she got defensive and told me she was following company orders. A lot of compromised people come in contact with her to get what they need. I am one of those people. Not a stretch for me to go across the street to CVS.

This was my first time using their pharmacy and I was totally blown away by the service. The tech was very accommodating when I dropped off a pricey prescription for a glucose monitoring system for my dog. When I went to pick it up I met the pharmacy manager and asked about ways to reduce the price. I had some comments from a diabetic dogs group but no definite info. He spent quite a bit of time trying to find a way to help lower the price. I was so amazed - even at places where I was an established customer I never received such personal service. I will definitely be transferring my pets Prescriptions here

I received someone else’s labeled prescription in the packaging of the one for my son. I was given a bottle marked with metoprolol (a blood pressure pill) and my 7 yr old sons was an allergy prescription (cetirizine). Luckily the pills in the bottle were the allergy pills and I didn’t give him a blood pressure pill. It could have been a horrible situation had he been given the blood pressure pill. I was told by the pharmacy manager that there are 3 new people working there and it’s hard to know what they all are doing

Holy hell! I originally put in an order online (with a 50% off coupon)for Christmas cards with generic wording. I changed my mind about the wording as I just got married and we are using our Christmas cards as thank you's (In less than a couple hours). I wanted them to word Married and Merry. I called in and talked with a polite young man. He told me I could cancel my order and they could fix it for me (by the way during the conversation I opted not once but several times to keep it the same but he stated that they could positively change it for me!). Unfortunately we have traveled lately and my phone died. I called back and he transferred me to the manager cuz he said they could handle it for me, I then talked to the manager and she was belligerent, mean, and unsympathetic ( not in a way of telling me these are our policies more like o well your problem kind of way) . On top of all that as I was trying to tell her the conversation me and the polite young man had she seemed very unwilling to listen and just to interrupt to say he was wrong. At this point I got a little loud and probably mean (but like very politely mean)... like this very nice guy told me I could and now I'm hearing a different story at this point she actually changed all of what she said previous and tried to get me to believe that she was on board the hole time with my switch of text and coupon... all I have to say to any Walgreen HR is.... I'd look up this night 12/13/18 calls whatever guy is working and Manager...fire her and PROMOTE HIM!
