Now I'm irritated! I got here at 2:58 already had the doors locked the thing closed and they're supposed to close at 3pm! Bad enough that I had to drive an hour and 20 minutes here because it's the only UPS drop off location or I should say store. And I needed to drop it off at the store. I mean this is Central Wisconsin it's not like these people have anywhere to go to do anything that they have to close 2 minutes early. Now I can see not letting more people in or whatever but you don't close the damn doors early when you're literally the only place within the 2-hour radius.

Very confused by the new Amazon return policy. Drove 55 miles one way to return at a ups store Awesome employee Eric sorted everything out dug bags out of the trash so I didn't have to come back or pay for boxes. They were super busy but Eric was awesome. He was patient calm and resourceful. Next time I am in wausau I am bringing him cookies!

Never had so many problems with a store. Closed during business hours several times due to random reasons. Today it was closed due to “no heat in the building”.

Two employees were with the same customers while I waited 25+ minutes in line. The third employee was not helping customers at all. None of the them acted with any sense of urgency, which I find unacceptable when the of people line waiting is going out the door. I left. I wish they would have more respect for their customers and their time.
