They lied to me and told me they could transfer my old number. I spent a lot of money and they still couldn't transfer it but told me if I spent more money they could do it. They didn't even care that I walked out of there unhappy and didn't even try to make me happy.

I love T-Mobile, but the folks who run and work this store are scam artists.They upsold me on a plan, giving false information about what the plans included and told me older plans no longer existed when I clearly could've gotten what I wanted online or calling in.They told me I qualified for a promotion after I told them some additional details. When I went to submit online, it's obvious I don't qualify with the detailed a prefaced.Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money and just chat online or call T-Mobile customer service.

DO NOT sign up for service at this location!!! And definitely do not let them offer you any DEALS or so called "FREE upgrades." We were blatantly lied to by the rep named Cyrus. We were promised free upgrades on equipment, and 1-time payments for the equipment purchased. When we received our bill, it was clear that this was not the case and that we had enormous outstanding balances. That in fact our so called 1-time purchase was not a 1-time purchase, and that the FREE trade ins weren't free at all, and in fact we we're going to be paying pretty much the full price for the new equipment, despite trading our phones in and being promised a 1 for 1 trade. When we went in to see the rep about our bill, he acted as if support had made a mistake. We then contacted support who kept circling us around to different reps and trying to explain to us how much our remaining balance was. Multiple times we tried to explain that we understand the bill break down but that it wasn't what we agreed to or had been promised. We've been in contact with support for days, no one could offer any resolution, and at the end the store manager told us "you should have read the agreement you signed." While yes, we should have paid closer attention to the agreement, it's a disgrace that their company model runs on "FALSE PROMISES," and "BLATENT LIES," in hopes of you not catching it on the agreement that is written in confusing language and often requires an explanation by the very rep that is scamming you, so he can receive commission. WE WOULD OF NEVER TRADED IN OUR PHONES, or SIGNED UP WITH TMOBILE if we knew this was what we were signing up for and that the company will not take ownership for their employees, allowing this cycle to continue for various customers. For such a large, world-wide company, this is such a disappointment. If you do go route of T-mobile, don't trust a word they say and take the time to read, re-read, and study every single line of what you're paying for, and do not rely on what they're promising you. In which case, you're better off going with a company you can trust.

Shockingly bad customer service. At best the T-Mobile employee was misinformed and locked me into 2 years of charges that I did not agree to. At worst I was lied to. When I attempted to get this situation corrected multiple times, I was told that the worker who lied to me didn't work there anymore so they wouldn't be able to make it right. Baffling experience honestly

I’ve been using tmbile for about a year now and the service is great (I travel around the world for business and have used it when I lived in Mexico and Argentina).Today I went in to get my third line activated on a brand new phone and Nick in the Wausau store helped me in less than 5 minutes and was super pleasant. I appreciated his help much more than when calling in. The customer service when calling was fantastic, but Nick sure was!

DO NOT GET A CELL PHONE WITH TMOBILE. While in another store in another town, I was sold a smart watch that was supposed to be only $5 extra a month (my two adult children were present as witnesses) once I got my bill I saw I was being charged the full price, I went to the local Wausau store and they told me they couldn't do anything for me, that I needed to go back to that store to talk to that sales agent or show them proof of this deal I got with documents, of course they make you sign a contract in a tiny screen and who knows what we are signing. I was with Spring for sooo many years and loved it, now its TMobile everything is going down hill, no real customer service, the things sale people say can be true but mos likely is not, there is not backing from management or anyone for that matter. If you go in there I wish you good luck, I am quitting as soon as I can get out of these ridiculous leases.

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Prior to coming into the store, I had already made two trips and two phone calls attempting to return a modem I no longer needed.Upon entering the store, the store manager Marty was extremely rude and basically yelled at me in front of his staff and customers. I asked for the name of a corporate contact so I could report him, and he refused toprovide this info. He answered that "I don't answer to anyone and I answer to myself". At one point he literally refused to help me. Steer clear of this place and TMobil. The manager and the store is an absolute joke. Take your money and business to one of the many other wireless carriers that actually value your business.

Had them for a couple of days last year. The worst phone service ever switched to US cellular even went to Madison with us cellular and my friend had T-Mobile and usually have better reception there. The reception sucks for T-Mobile all over the place. I heard stay away from them

Happy to see someone else call out Cyrus for acting rude. My husband and I went a few months back and he insisted they couldn’t t solve my problem and that we had to call Customer support and do it that way. When we told customer service they were confused and said we should have been helped in store when we went. Cyrus just didn’t want to help us and refused to. This is why we go to stevens point T-Mobile. They are truly fair superior compared to Wausau. Save yourself a headache and go to stevens point.

Lousy service. Lousy information. T-Mobile is worthless up here. Never had issues with sprint. Now stuck with this lousy company. DO NOT GET PLAN FROM T-MOBILE. FOES NOT WORK IN NORTHERN WISCONSIN.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had upgrading my phone. Alex is a true professional and I'm sure as you know he must be a valued member of your team. I hope a raise in pay is in his future... Well done!
