Laura is amazing. Went and got my husband a new phone. She helped get him all logged in and walked him through how to use it!! She is very polite and professional and knows her products very well.

Daniel at the Rib. Mt. location was so helpful when returning outdated modem once new modem was hooked up.. Restructured my package to reflect lower price and my internet with be even faster!
Also representative who helped me over the phone connect the new equipment was very helpful and pleasant.
