Sure, there was a bit of a wait (not surprising given the Presidents' Day sale), but we were delighted with Brad's service. The team seemed knowledgeable and were quite helpful. We had a very good experience.

As soon as we walked into the store Eric was the one to help us. He was very understanding and considering as my fiance was in a wheelchair. He was very kind and generous and explained how the sleep number worked for both my fiance and me.
