This Sam's club was clean and well stocked. They are leaning more towards self checkouts and less of the manned checkouts. I use the app. And never really have any issues.

usually i have a good experience at Sam's Club Wausau, WI. Last night I chose to pay cash for my purchases (10 items) and Amanda did the checkout. TO MY SURPRISE, ONE ITEM WAS NOT ON THE RECEIPT. So i was stoped at the exit and questioned whether i did self checkout- AS IF I AM A SHOPLIFTER. It was very embarrassing while others were in line behind me waiting longer. I returned to the checkout to pay for the F****** socks. CASHIER AMANDA WAS NONCHALANT, and kind of spaced out. wasted my time . seriously . get yourself together AMANDA.

Bought a bed frame and it started falling apart instantly. We tried to get a replacement and they won’t stand by the warranty because we aren’t club members but they could sell us a bed frame that broke right away? Horrible customer service and horrible products!!

Last year I bought 100 tulip bulbs from Sam's. This spring I have the most luxurious tulips I have ever worked with. I receive so many compliments on them. Thanks for selling quality products.

I usually love shopping at Sams club. But lately I've been avoiding it. The location is clean and well staffed. They have many options for seasonal items. However there is one employee there that I dread having to deal with. She normally runs self check out. I understand they need to push the advanced membership (which I have) and the credit card, but she is overly pushy. The last few times I went she sat by me and my kids for over 5 minutes trying to get me to get the card. Even after I told her no many times. When my husband was there she had him apply without fully explaining what she was doing. When he realized he was filling out the application it was already to late and his credit took a hit. We have on MANY occasions informed her no, but she doesn't seem to like that answer. I've even gone as far as explaining to her that my credit is to low for a card right now, and I'll be auto denied. She will ignore customers who actually need assistants with checking out and continue to try to harass others into signing up. The last time I was there I needed an age check for alcohol and waited over 10 minutes for help. Me and another couple both tried to get her attention with no success. We ended up having to find another person. I've made complaints but the management hasn't done anything. She honestly just makes me extremely uncomfortable and makes me dread going to the store anymore. May end up skipping the self check out from now on if I have to go to Sams. So just beware. Don't fill out any information she asks you to, unless you want a new credit card or a ding to your credit. And be ready to be continuously harassed.

Not impressed with gas prices right now. usually you are 8 to10 cents cheaper. There is places that are $1.94 South of Wausau. Sams Club is very disappointing right now!why pay a membership if you are going to be just as high in prices as every other places...

I sent my car in for a simple tire balancing and then afterward the car when rolling made a ticking noise. I took the car back within 3 minutes of being in it and they tried to tell me it was the rain. They took of both my front wheels and looked at them and said “we didn’t see anything” and told me to come back after 1 day if the problem persisted. Later come to find my car now vibrates at 60+ mph. Last time I go there for anything.

Always find great bargains! I wish the table of clothing was a little more organized! No Rhyme or Reason to the clothes tables but everything else is wonderfully organized!

Talk about a waste of time. Dont offer pick up between 7pm-8pm if you're not going to allow customers to pick up. Got there at 730pm and was informed they were closed. Sign on building also said they were open til 8pm. Wasted my time and patience again. 3 strikes of poor service and you're out!

I was having ongoing issues with a tire on my truck. Took it to my dealership and they told me nothing was wrong with it. I was informed Sam's Club has a free check if you're a member. Took it in and 30 minutes later they found the problem and corrected it for no-cost! That is how it is done! Highly recommend them!

I understand the need for putting limits on the number of items a person can buy but you're taking it a little too far. If I can buy two boxes of cereal why can't they be the same flavor? One box of cereal barely lasts a week with a family of four and they don't like your other flavors.
