I truly have had the most wonderful and amazing experiences with working with Jessica she is helpful , understanding ,personal , caring , and just over all the BEST customer service person I have had the pleasure of meeting . Goes above and beyond my expectations. . I hope that there is not a time that she would move on ? . If she was nominated employe of the year would not say enough , I could get a phone call and I would be the first one on the list to vote for her . She deserves the most your bank can offer her definitely a raiseIt would be a huge loss to your business to loose her . I thank you Jessica for everything from the bottom of my ❤️ . My insurance company accidentally submitted the same charge five times due to a system glitch. While all charges were listed as "pending" in my account, the money was not available to me. The representative from IncredibleBank was adamant that there was absolutely nothing they could do about those until they "fell off," essentially holding several hundred dollars hostage. After questioning him multiple times, he stated outright that it was physically impossible for the bank to do anything to help me and that I needed to contact Am Fam.So I spent about an hour and a half on the phone with Am Fam to discover that they had already "rejected" those charges on their end, and that it was up to my bank to clear them from my account.So I call IncredibleBank back and speak to a different representative, and lo and behold, I'm told that they can absolutely just clear those out for me, no problem.I ask to be called by someone higher up at the bank about the initial response I was given. A man calls me a while later and explains that yes, they do have the ability to help me, but it's their policy not to.Unbelievable. What if I had missed a mortgage payment over this? What if I couldn't buy groceries, or put gas in my car? The blasé response was so ... heartless that I will absolutely be closing my 10+ year old accounts and moving to a different bank.

The atmosphere and customer service at the bank has changed so much over the years. I use to know all the employees like family and now everyone is behind closed doors. Who wants to talk to a screen in the drive thru? Even better who wants to navigate an ATM to cash a check? It's not so "incredible" anymore like it was in the good old River Valley days. Sure mis those days!!!!

I’ve used several banks since moving to Minocqua some 33 years ago. When I found this bank I knew my search was over. The fact they are locally owned is huge. The staff knows me by name and every one of them is personable, friendly and accommodating. I recommend this bank all the time. I’m still not crazy about the new Incredible Bank moniker as I felt River Valley seemed more sophisticated but it doesn’t really matter. Something that really impressed me was during the pandemic when everyone was laying people off and the bank only offered drive thru as the lobby was closed. This bank kept their entire staff on payroll. To me, that was a statement of an organization that truly cares.

I initially joined for the high interest savings account, and was pleased to learn they really try hard to live up to their name. Customer service has always been fast and friendly, which is important if you don’t have a branch where you live.

Average bank with industry low rates of return for savings. As of Oct 18 2023, the national average is 0.58%. IB offers 0.01% The national average is 58 TIMES greater. My normal day to day bank offers 4.25% as of 10.18.2023...that's 425 times what IB offers.LOL. Ohhh, but they do give free sodas and have someone open the lobby door for you...that more than makes up for the rate gouging...no? The staff is helpful and courteous though, they do their job well....it's just the overall gouging that is hard to believe.If you want to enrich a privately held bank (2 brothers?) at your own expense...this is the place for you to bank!

The business banking is very easy to sign up for and I got 1-on-1 setup service with Matthew W. It was very human-tailored experience in a robo-automated world which was so nice and refreshing! Highly recommend!

They are a 4.8 out of 5. Getting somethings done on their online are not easy, but this bank is the best of the many banks I have used since 1970! Their staff staff' lives up to their name, all of them are "Incredible" so are its owners who share farming crops with customers for "FREE." Going to their bank is as enjoyable as going to an icecream parlor.

The associates at both Wausau WI locations are outstanding in customer service! They always greet us by the door & offer a soda or cup of coffee and a smile, with every visit. Incredible Bank truly does live up to their name!!

I had a wonderful experience receiving a mortgage as a first time home buyer. Christa and Brody were super helpful, responsive and attentive. Christa was patient with me and very available to answer any of questions or concerns. I highly recommend!
