Melissa the store manager was incredibly rude. I stood at the cash register waiting to be checked out for three minutes while she talked about video games with a supplier. Then after asking for a specific tobacco product she said "sorry, what did you say?". Then I asked for something else behind the register and again she wasn't paying attention to what I was saying and asked what I wanted again.
I'm a store manager myself. I don't understand how this is management behaviors. I'll never return to this location again.
