Came in to grab stuff to set up a salamander terrarium last night. The lady at checkout was understandably busy so I searched for another employee, guy was stocking cat food so I asked if he had someone he can page who has reptile/amphibian knowledge and he snarkily told me he has no idea and to go ask someone else. I just left and went to Petco.

Probably won't use again after our last dog grooming service. We booked for 12:30pm and on the day of we went into the store to drop off our dog. They said we were an hour late as we were scheduled for 11:30am. I didn't have my phone with me to confirm the date but I took them for their word. When I eventually got to my phone, the appointment was 12:30pm. It's not my problem that they overbooked, they just simply lied to my face that the appointment was 11:30am. Probably will go else where from now on. Just a big business doing big business stuff? Quantity over quality service.

I was able to have my dog seen on a Saturday when no one else would see her. They were very kind, thorough, and informative. Also, reasonably priced. I was very appreciative of their service.

Great addition to our area! They always get our cat in immediately when he is sick or I'm just overly worried. The techs are so friendly and great, the Veterinarian is super knowledgeable and explains everything great! I trust them with out cat which says a lot!

Very grateful for the kind, compassionate care my dog and I experienced. Staff was wonderful. Everything was explained very well and estimates were given with nothing pushed. I would definitely go back.

I took my kitty bubba here today due to some balding he has been experiencing, bubba has some trauma from prior vet visits elsewhere but the people at petsmart were so kind and gentle with him today, he’s a big boy and such a sweet heart and his behavior today vs at other vets was different he seemed a lot more calm and more willing to cooperate. the vet and nurse also took the time to explain everything to me and possible remedies if the balding were to progress. i definitely will be returning here for any type of issue he has :)

Buster is not an easy pup to deal with but they were very kind, patient, knowledgeable and straightforward. Buster was very sick and they got him feeling much better in a matter of days. Thank you!

Took my dog to get groomed and made plans to get her cut at 2:30 they called at 10am to see if 11:30 would be better we said yes cause we had nothing to do so brought her in at 11:30 all is good we got her trimmed there once before and turned out fine they gave us a estimate of 2-3 hours for 54 bucks are dog is small only 10 pounds it took them 4 hours and 15 minutes we got there after they called us and my dog is absolutely butchered they cut her hair before there so they should know on file what to cut her at don't recommend

everyone here is so nice and upfront on what they do! i love how i’m able to be in the room with my pet and see how they check if everything is fine with her. i highly recommend to anyone! the prices here aren’t that bad at all and they provided me with an estimate which i appreciate so i’m not short on money!

Today, 3/27/2023, at about 12:20ish. I don't normally right reviews but this was plain rude. I have never had an issue before, but I was in buying cat food and Guinea Pig treats. I waited at the register for 10 minutes while the figured out an issue with the lady in front of me. Once it was my turn, he asked if I had a rewards number. I said no. He asked if I wanted to start one to earn rewards. I replied "No, Not today." And he asked a second time, me again saying no thank you. He then said "Fine, this item was on sale. But now you'll have to get it for the whole stupid price." The entire time I was being checked out, he had an attitude and was rude. I have no problem with them asking if I want to start a rewards number. But after I said no the first time, I don't expect them to ask again and then cop and attitude when I say no for a second time. I don't live in the area and I'm not here hardly ever which is why I never started a rewards program.

Took my dog there (16-17 years old to get groomed). Without making contact (they tried to call me, I called them back within minutes and they had already took my dog), they took my dog to a vet for a very issue that I told them when I dropped them off. They were unprofessional, refused to give me my dog back, and would not follow my wishes with regards to my dog. I understand being more safe than sorry - but the vet indicated the dog was ok and the general rudeness and unprofessionalism on the staff's part was disgusting. Then the refusal to heed to the owner's wishes was immature. Stay far far away from here until new staff comes in).
