We just bought a 2024 Honda odyssey from them and we worked with Brandon and Luke. Very helpful and knowledgeable!! They didn't have the color I wanted and they were able to get it from another dealer in a very short time! I highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience at O'Malley! I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Honda CR-V EX and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Josh was the salesperson and he was top-notch! Not pushy like I was worried about, since this is the first new (to me) car I've bought in a long time. I actually procrastinated buying a new car because I hate dealing with shady car salesmen. Josh is NOT that guy. He's friendly, professional, and super laid back. And the Sales Manager (whose name I forgot--sorry!) was so friendly and got me a GREAT rate. He actually went to bat for me to get it lowered. As a single female who hasn't bought many cars on my own, I highly recommend O'Malley. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I'll be back for my next vehicle and tell everyone I know about the great experience I had!

This was the second vehicle we purchased from O'Malley Honda. After shopping 3 dealers in the Fox Valley, we made the 100 mile to get the vehicle we wanted. Excellent service from our Sales Consultant Josh Nantell. Very fair deal. Thx

Bought a used car and was never told about the anti-theft wheels. Well I learned pretty quick on the side of the road when I couldn’t change my flat tire due to never receiving the wheel lock key. While the previous owner may have not disclosed that information, you would think O’Malley employees would have noticed during inspection. Makes me wonder if they looked at the wheels at all before selling.

I had a great experience from start to finish buying a new car. The entire process was quick, seamless, and completely hassle-free. There was no pressure or rush, just genuine assistance, and care. The buying process was impressively efficient and handled with professionalism and speed. It was evident that the team is well-organized and experienced. Their friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be happier with my new car.

I brought in my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander for an oil change, but this dealer (and others in the area) didn't have the correct fluids for my drive train 60k maintenance, no big deal.
I took the vehicle to the nearest Mitsubishi dealer (102 miles) 4 days later to have the other routine maintenance performed only to find that the gasket for the oil pan drain plug, and the engine air filter had been destroyed.
This lead to an additional oil change to stop the leak, and the engine air filter being replaced prematurely. (To be fair to the mechanics, even Mitsubishi says this is a difficult and unusual air filter).
I brought in documents from Mitsubishi and the manager at O'Malley Honda looked over the vehicle, refunded the oil change and paid for the cost of the new air filter.
It was a bummer things didn't go well the first time, but they were able to resolve the issue and haven't left any sour taste in my mouth.
Good customer service in challenging situations. ?

If you're hesitant about walking into a dealership, head over to O'Malley Honda and talk with Ken Z. No pressure, talks through everything so that you understand and makes sure you feel comfortable about your purchase. He really took the time to explain everything and make our transaction extremely smooth. You won't find my business anywhere else.
Head over to O'Malley and meet with Ken! You won't be disappointed.

I was looking to buy my first brand new vehicle ever in my life I really wanted a Honda Odyssey van fully loaded all the bell and whistles you could think of and had my other vehicle ready to trade in and I pulled up in front of the door got out of my vehicle and started to look around at what they had on the lot and as I was walking around I looked over and seen a few guys just standing in the window talking not coming out to ask if I had any questions or needed any help at all and when I finally was done look and had found the van I had wanted to look at and test drive I went inside and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me then was so rude and disrespectful the way he was talking and acting like he was better then me in some kinda way I will never buy a vehicle from here I’ll go to a different hula dealership I am so disappointed and disgusted with the sales team here if that’s how you sell vehicles you probably don’t sell a lot of them

***Edit*** I mentioned earlier there was incorrect information provided by the salesman about the spare tire. I had my doubts about the information he gave us about the other 4 tires on the car, but I wanted to have them looked at by a specialist before adding that part to our review. My husband asked how much wear was left on them. The salesman said "they are rated a 6".
I had no idea what that meant, so I asked. He said that on a scale of 1 to 9 the tires on this car are a six and would need to be replaced when they are 2. We all agreed that meant there was quite a bit of wear left, based on that information.
We took the car to Eagle River Tire to have the tires looked at because I felt like the car was pulling. I was right. Not only that, but the car also needs new tires. We were told that the front 2 are already on the wear line and the rear are not far behind.
We attempted to contact Honda before I added this because I had hoped they would make it right. That and they asked us to call in response to my original review.
When we called we were told that the person we needed to speak to was not available, "he is probably in the bathroom", but he will call us back within 10-15 minutes. I waited 30 before going on with my day.
No one called back.
Original*****
Our salesman, Scott, was mostly helpful, but not very good at providing accurate information.
We were driving several hours from out of state, with our infant, to purchase a vehicle. Understandably, we didn't want to pick out a vehicle, drive hours on end, and then find out the vehicle was sold. My husband had been emailing back and forth with Scott, so he asked if he could hold the vehicle until we arrived the next morning. He said no, they weren't able to.
That wasn't true. He later confirmed that they can hold a vehicle, with a deposit.
Once we were there and had driven the vehicle we wanted to make sure the spare was a full size tire, not a dummy, because of our trips out west, this was important to us. Driving hundreds of miles between shops to service vehicles is very common in our trips.
Scott assured us it was a regular tire and it could be found inside the car
(he pointed where to find the tire)
It's too bad we took his word for it and didn't double check.
Neither of those things are true.
We've called and texted him about this, but have not heard back.
During our visit he advised that the person completing the paperwork would be contacting our insurance, so he asked for our insurance cards. I'm not sure what they did with the insurance cards, no one contacted our company.
It would have been helpful if we would have been given a "tour" of the new vehicle. I'm not at all familiar with Honda or the features that are offered and my husband isn't at all familiar with the options in newer models, so this would have been very helpful. Obviously, we will figure it out. This perk is something I've experienced in the past, at other dealerships, that I find helpful.
The sales manager, I believe Rich is his name, is extremely unprofessional. I was shocked. His language is absolutely unnecessary.
I've never worked with a professional who cussed so much in one conversation.
He started our conversation by telling us that he didn't have long because he had an appointment at noon. His fast talking confirmed he was in a rush. When he offered the extended warranty he only seemed interested in telling us that no one goes without the preferred plan these days and that all the parts come from China. He shares how it would affect payments, but didn't care to share the actual price of the plan. I had to stop his fast talking and ask.
The state I live in requires additional paperwork to register the vehicle, Scott advised we would be getting that from the person doi
