Great service! They were able to fit my car in to put on tires, check alignment, and do an oil change within hours of me leaving my car there…we have been customers over more than 10 years and never had a bad experience.

Shopping for all season tires. Olson Tire had a good deal going on. Did not need to look anymore. Scheduling was easy. However, when I was back in my car and making a sharp turn into a driveway, I heard as if something had fallen off of something and landed on the frame. ?♀️Service: Tires

My dad is elderly so I was assisting him with getting service for his vehicle. This store did a great job in evaluating and laying out all of the issues that needed attention on my dad's 2012 Chevy Malibu. It allowed us to plan his budget for what needed to be done now vs. what could be tabled for the future. Evan was very helpful in explaining it would take three days (so they had to keep the car two overnights) to execute all repairs (brakes and radiator replacement). All of the staff were very cordial and they kept us informed as to the repairs progress (since certain parts had to be ordered and shipped in). They probably were not the cheapest for this service but I'd choose them again due to their good communication and honest assessment.

I just moved to Wausau and needed service on my power steering system. Olson’s was recommended by a few people I know. Not every mechanic’s shop is able to work on diesels so that was a bonus for me too. I was able to drop my vehicle off before hours of operation I received a call a few hours later about what the issue was, some other things they saw and cost. I was able to pick my vehicle up same day. They treated me with kindness and in a manor respectable to a woman with knowledge of her vehicle. I will definitely do all my business with them and recommend them highly. Bonus too, they washed my car.

This business is an excellent place to take your vehicle for tires or repair of most problems. They are timely and expert in auto maintenance. We had a comfortable place to wait while the services were being provided. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in their services. They kept us informed. When our vehicle was done, they washed it and then they parked it in a spot that easily accessible. This is what I call service!. Thanks to the team, I’ll be back.Services: Transmission

Had a deep interior cleaning today and wow does my car look fabulous! It looks brand new. I don't think it's ever been this clean. We have been going to Olson Tire & Auto for 11 years for everything car related and have always been extremely satisfied. Everyone is also super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Thank you Olson's!!

I've been going to Olsons for a while now and I have not left disappointed. I just had my ball joint/control arm replaced on one side. Did complete interior detail on my van.Did not even vacuum out the storage compartments under seats in back. Still completely full of sand. I wish I could post pictures here.Also specifically asked to have mounting tape / residue removed from dash beforehand.Ended up doing it myself at home...As I picked it up at the end of the day and did not have time to sit there any longer. I shopped 5 locations for tires, I chose Olson because:- full service for car! One shop doesn’t do oil or alignment- keep it local!! $40 more than another nation wide store- super easy to work with! The staff at Olson were very accommodating to my situation (battery died due to an alternator failure about 1 block away) and let me buy the battery, install it, and then return the old one. Typically, they want the old one first but were very understanding and helped alleviate some stress from the whole situation. I highly recommend!Service: Auto battery replacement
