Edited to include a response to the owner:"Details regarding the delivery service level" can not excuse the laziness of a driver banging on a detached garage rather than walk around to the house and knock on the door. It also does not excuse a product being delivered severely damaged. It's laughable that you would respond suggesting this is the level of service we asked for and should have expected.I had a treadmill delivered. We found the mandelivering the treadmill banging on the back door of our detached garage as a friend was leaving for work. When my friend told him he has to leave for work and to knock on the front door of the house, the driver refused. had to call me to notify me of the delivery driver. When I spoke with the driver I asked him to please deliver to our front door, but he refused stating " We're a trucking service, not a delivery service." And would only deliver to our garage. The box was damaged, the pallet under the box was damaged and when setting up the treadmill we found it was broken and cracked in several places.

Very rude, short dismissive attitude from the driver.Product was damaged. Would never do business with this company again and will definitely tell others of our experience.

Estes is amazing with updates via email, the LTL freight is picked up and delivered in one piece and in a timely manner. The customer service and drivers are really great to work with. Highly recommend using Estes as your go to freight company.

This is hands-down the BEST LTL terminal in the country. I could not do my job without the stand-out service from the operations team in Wausau, WI. If you have time sensitive, fragile, high-end, "can not miss" freight, I would recommend their services over any other carrier. Professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. 5 stars!
