First off, it's difficult to get a day pass with the doors all locked. The member that let me in asked if I forgot my fob in a condescending manner and when the front desk staff greeted me I didn't get the sense that it was a very welcoming place. The facilities are fine, but I went during a quiet time and still had to wait for some equipment. In addition to that, I'd estimate 20-30% of the free weight machines and racks had weights left on from prior use. Overall I'd say this facility has great potential, just needs more courtesy from members.

Love all of their products! Prices are fair and the staff is always so kind leaving hand written thank you notes on your invoice! Very nice to see a local company caring for their customers! Highly recommended to anyone looking for good tasting and quality products!

The IC Red is the best pre-workout drink I've ever had and taste great as well good boost of energy with no come down and no headaches. Just full energy and on the go. Would recommend it to everybody.

Eric has done a fantastic job with these products. My favorite is the ICred prework out, gets you moving with out the itchies and the chocolate milkshake protein is amazing, especially if you like to make protein pudding or protein ice cream. Consistency is great. No chunks, no chalky under taste. Highly recommend it!
