This almost-80 driver just received such compassionate service at Motors Service & Supply in Wausau that I needed to look for place on their web page to review.‘Jeff’ who has worked here over a thirty year time gave good directions on how to get here through heavy Bridge St. construction. I then came out to install (free) a gas cap (mine still on gas tank in Upper Michigan). Then he helped get my faulty hood lock to open so he could pour windshield washer fluid. Then came back and volunteered a few squirts of lube.Rare to see this kind of helpfulness these days. Thank you Jeff and Motors Service & Supply owners.I’d have had to wait for next visit from out of town/state kids for all of the above. Seniors are in good hands here. Ok

I was quoted 575 on a cylinder head on my own vehicle. When the bill came it was 725. I could have bought a brand new cylinder head for 600. That's the first and last time I'll ever step foot in that building.
