Money grabbers! Former patient of Dr. Oswald. He was great, but this clinic has been going downhill over the last couple of years. Just getting a simple refill on a prescription took almost 2 months since they were not prescribing the correct medicine! Dr. Oswald asked to see me for my annual checkup before he retired and I did. When I went to get a refill on one of my medications after that they reluctantly filled it. Then they said I needed to make another appointment and basically held my medication hostage. I just saw Dr. Oswald 2 weeks prior and did not want an additional expense that was unnecessary. They insisted and would not refill so I went without. Very poor practice since this is something that one should not just stop taking but I didn't have the extra funds so they could "get to know me". After a nasty withdrawal period and gaining 20 pounds I will never go back here.

I've Had Dr Ashton As My Family Doctor For Four Years, And She Is Really Nice. Before I Picked Her, I Was Looking Her Up And Saw Some Really Nice Comments About Her. Some Of Those Comments Said They'd Recommend Her To Anyone. That's Why I Went Ahead And Picked Her. For Starters... I Live In Stevens Point. I Always Plan On A Night Away Up There In Wausau And Ride My Bike Up There. I Was Running Around In My Hotel Room For Exercise After Dinner Before Fastening Up. After I Was Done, I Had A Big Blister On The Side Of My Big Toe. I Always Pop My Blisters And Let Them Dry Out. But That's The Biggest One I've Ever Had. Before I Left The Hotel That Very Morning, I Wrapped It Up With Paper Towel To Keep It From Getting Dirty. Since I Was Wearing Sandals, Dr Ashton Noticed It And Wanted To Take A Look At It. After Seeing It, She Put Some Ointment On It And Wrapped Some Gauze Around It. She Technically Didn't Have To Do That Because I Was Just There For A Yearly Physical. But She Did Anyway. That Tells Me She's Nice And Caring. I'm Glad I Picked Her.

Hold times average more than 20 minutes. It's faster for me to drive to the clinic than make a phone call. Most appointment schedulers are rude. Just had another rude scheduler today. Almost ready to change clinics.

Horrible front desk, worthless staff. A basic checkup that cost over $200 and a misdiagnosis, the personification of why there needs to be better regulation in the medical industry.

The whole team here is great and always keeps in touch to make sure you're aware of what's going on, and is always happy to find referrals for various needs. I'm somewhat new to managing my own healthcare, but Marshfield's made it pretty easy for me!

I see Kirsten Vetterkind, NP at the Stettin Center. I absolutely love her! I was diagnosed with pneumonia a few weeks ago and it’s been a difficult recovery. She’s been just amazing seeing me for appointments and returning my messages via MyMarshfieldClinic. Very personable and genuine! Highly recommend Kirsten Vetterkind!
