Worst possible business neighbor to have. Employees are rude, milk is often beyond expiration date, snow removal company they use drops the blade so fast, the ground shakes. This is at 2am when everyone is trying to sleep. Krists own delivery semi uses side roads labelled no trucks to exit instead of Thomas street. I could go on and on. Never will I patronize this place again

The cleanest gas station and bathrooms I have ever seen in the Wausau area besides a few of the Kwik Trip stores. Customer service was extremely good and friendly.

I needed to use the restroom and the cashier was kind of cold...when I was finished I asked how much a cup of ice would be and she was ,"free" while she looked at me like I was a peddler or something. And she said that that's not considered a purchase and when you use our bathroom you have to purchase something. I said well then, I'll buy a slushy. Really?? what a way to treat someone you never know could one day be driving through and need to fill their gas tank, need to go shopping, or one of many other purchases The store staff should really be a little more nicer to people esp. if they could be future customers... I don't think I'll be going there again.

So only customers are required to wear masks? Because I was just in there and two employees didn’t have them on. Won’t be coming back unless that changes

Had a wonderful intellectual conversation with an woman in her 30-40s with brown hair , very wise and very genuine. This was my first time here and she made it very easy going and knowledgeable about their products something you don’t see at the Mobil across the way. I’ll be going to this gas station from now on I enjoyed my experience.

Always have a good experience yes they run out my cigarettes alot but I just switch it up a little bit the gas station across the street is 50 cents cheaper for our cigarettes but I will still go to krist the girls are alot nicer

Never has premium cigarettes such as Marlboro, and has even now ran all out of 2% milk. Is this store closing or just in need of proper management?

Employees talking about personal relationship type matters while customers are in the store, they didn't even say have a nice day or thank you, they just handed me my receipt, and kept talking to each other. Totally unprofessional! Employees need to go shop at a Kwik Trip once and take some notes on proper customer service!
