This was my first time having service at Kocourek Volkswagen. The staff were kind, efficient, and respectful. The facility and lounge areas for waiting were comfortable and inviting. I would recommend them.

I always feel confident leaving my Atlas in the hands of Kocourek Wausau Imports, Inc. McKenna is fantastic, always answering my questions and making sure I’m well taken care of. Their customer service is top-notch, and they’re incredibly accommodating and prompt when I need assistance. Recently, while visiting a friend in the hospital, they even shuttled me to and from my appointment while my car was being serviced. They truly make the entire process a breeze!

I had dirty filters that should have been serviced at 40k. I went in at 60k and the advisor never said a word. The sheet said they were dirty. now at 70k a check engine light. I should be told by a service person these things need to be addressed. I pay them to know cars

This was the best sales team I’ve ever experienced. This is our third car now from this dealership, and every time they always put in the extra time and work to find us the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here, even with it being a 2.5 hour drive from my house

Customers beware of repairs and diagnostic done at this shop.
After paying over $200 for AC. Diagnostic, I was told I needed $1700 worth of repair to fix what turned out to be a $2 o ring. The $1700 included over $900 of markup on a $250 part that did not need to be replaced. When I declined to do the repairs, my car was not put back together. Write it had missing pieces and loose pieces.
Always get a second a Second opinion, if this shop is telling you, you need repairs.
