Absolutely Outstanding !! From the moment we pull into Kocourek for maintenance or repair, the service advisors and mechanics are wonderfully personable, attentive listeners, knowledgeable problem-solvers who expertly attend to and/or diagnosis the service(s) needed to maintenance/repair for our 2015 Q7. It still runs and looks great!! We always comment on the detailed explanations and answers that are always provided before and after job completion by the courteous (and patient) service advisors at Kocourek. We give Kocourek Five Stars !!!

Last 2 scheduled maintenance visits they never rotated the tires or did the complimentary car wash yet it was listed on our bill as done. One tire I have marked so knew it wasn’t rotated n when they collected my $ my husband asked if rotated n mechanic said no. Why on bill as done! We travel 2 hrs to have these maintenance checks done-where is the mechanics assurance of the fulfillment of a job well done.

Best experience ever. Blake is a rock star. He was extremely patient with me and walked me through the entire process. The nervousness and anxiety of basically having to buy a car on the fly was put to ease here... 10/10 would recommend.

Logen is THE BEST salesman I have EVER met in my life! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is very genuine and cares about you as a customer. He made my dreams come true with my new car! The second I drove in the lot he was running out of the door to come and talk to me, immediately asked my interests and sent me suggestions within the hour. Then once we found the vehicle I was interested in, he helped every step of the way and was very responsive. Even when I came in without Logen being at the dealership NOBODY was able to gave me the kind of service that he was able to provide. He is definitely a GEM. If you are ever looking for a new car, DO NOT HESITATE AT ALL TO CONTACT LOGEN! I would give him 100stars if possible! Thank you again!

I came in to look at used cars. Jake helped me with finding a Tucson that I just love! Then I worked with Greg to finance the car. He was very personable and crunched all the numbers to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend Kocourek to all my friends.

I do not live in the Wausau area, but my VW's ride became very rough and unstable as I was passing through the area. I brought my VW to Kocourek without an appointment. They determined that ice had accumulated on the tire rims. Andrew arranged for a porter to clear the ice at no charge. They could have easily misled me and claimed that I needed expensive suspension work but chose not to do so. I feel that Kocourek can be trusted for any service needed for your VW.
