Can't thank the service team for their help in getting our camper ready for Labor Day weekend. After a mishap we had that affected the wiring and made the camper unusable. Kings was able to get us scheduled within a week and a half to take a look at it. I felt this was acceptable in the busy summer months and less than two weeks before a holiday weekend.
They assessed it on the 28th confirmed they had parts and the camper was ready to go the 29th which was their goal when we first contacted them.
They saved our weekend and possibly Sept as the camper is not scheduled to be home much.
I can't thank their team enough for getting our camper ready and we had no issues with it over the weekend.

i think they need a data base when you order parts that they can look up previous orders, stored information on the customer, and the camper they have.

No one would take us in. Jim and Amy said come by today so we can analyze the problem. When the part came in they had us back on the road with the expertise and kind words of CORY. We can't thank you enough. Sharon and Gary from Yuma AZ.

Kings Campers had my motorhome for 6 weeks to do warranty work. When I went to pick it up, there was a major scratch down the side that will cost thousands of dollars to repair. Kings Campers said they reviewed security footage, and found nothing, so will not accept responsibility. If you go there you will see RV's jammed everywhere on their property. They don't know the status of repairs, they say they will find out and call back. They don't. Google should allow zero stars.

Picked up our new 5th wheel today. Having never hooked one or pulled one before, had lots of questions. Eric and Chad from the service area were very helpful. Chad gave us a very thorough walk through and he was very knowledgeable and listened and explained every question we had. Definitely recommend him for your new purchase if you have questions. Shelby our sales associate was very low pressure and let us have free rein of the inventory. We greatly respected that as another local company does not do that. Please shop there for your next camper. Our experience was wonderful.

Just bought a nice travel trailer from here and had great experience. Big thanks to Jake our sales rep for a smooth and enjoyable experience. First rv place we've ever visited that allows you to roam freely around the lot looking inside and out at all the different options.
If you're inexperienced or not sure what type of RV you want this is the place to go. Our sales Rep Jake took his time and didn't try up sell to us. He listened to any concerns we had and addressed them all without any haggling. He made sure we were completely satisfied before moving on with each next step.
We can't say enough good things about Brent our finance guy at Kings Camper. He helped us get a respectable interest rate and made the financing part of our experience go smoothly. Oh yeah and thanks for the laughs Brent. Think you had us both in tears a at least once through our conversations.
And last but not least. The man that gets his hands dirty so we don't have to. Thanks Corey for taking the time to completely explain to us how everything works. Sometimes more than once. Lol. Hope we're spelling your name right. I feel like you would have been willing to pitch a tent had it been necessary to teach all we needed to know. You went the extra Mile showing me the roof and easing my mind. Thanks again to all three of you for making our new purchase experience great.

My husband and I have been looking for “THE camper” for a little over 2 years now. We have been to at least 50 dealerships during that time, and most often left because of the pushy salesmen or overpricing. We found our dream camper here at Kings and we’re not pressured into anything. Jake was so kind in the process and Drew in finance was unreal. The whole process just felt so calming for such a big purchase. Everyone in this dealership was so nice, and we just had the best experience.

After having a trailer brake installed a few years back, the wires were ran through the spare tire under the car. (Not able to get spare off until wiring was fixed). I gave another chance and bought a new camper from Kings. Had warranty work done and the camper dropped off and asked if I had the radio install, was like nope here for a wall replacement.. "Oh we got the notes wrong". Picked up camper, got it home and found it dirtier than the camper has ever been. I felt like I did the work since I had to clean up all the mess from the repair. I'll buy from the next place and not Kings.

My father inlaw purchased a Tiffin Allegro Bus lots of $ i in 2013. Today I went in to purchase a slideout seal. Parts department guy said "bring the old one in I need to see it. We don't stock any of it don't know if we can still get it". I called Tiffin direct waited 10 minutes on phone. They asked for my serial number and sold it to me over the phone for 3$ a foot. Wasted hour drive talking to these guys they don't care.

From start to finish was the most friendly easy and smooth transaction. Mike Geurts was our salesperson and was just the best!! Friendly, patient and all out just a great guy. Brent handled our financing and was extremely helpful and made the process so smooth. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Will definitely be a return customer in the future!!
