“My experience recently, at this store was pleasant. Prices (pet products) are more reasonable than expected. I only shopped the dog section.4 stars because there's always room for improvement, especially customer service.I was glad to see the items my dogs enjoy the most, the tracheas (among all of the other 'natural' treats) and a couple of other treats they like.”
“The staff at Sleep Number in Wausau were very professional. I called with a question that the person could not answer. She promised to call back, and she did!!! They also called to let me know that one of my coupons was going to expire soon. I appreciated that very much. At least I had the opportunity to use it before it just disappeared. I placed an order with the coupons that I has, and the gentleman helped me through the process. I would certainly feel free to call them again.”
