Beautiful detailing job done on our 2010 RAV4! We bought it from a large local dealership. It had a lot of scratches but it was made to look new - and for an extremely reasonable price! Very personable and accommodating as well. We are so impressed with the work that we're taking our Forester in next week for the same. Very satisfied customer here!

My family and I were told they will no longer take care of any of our vehicles. We went there for years and due to their mistake and I had gas leaking all over my engine after they "repaired" my vehicle and I went back irritated about it and said I wanted it fixed the right way, that's when it got fixed and we were told not to come back again. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Dale the manager was very rude to me because the work that was done at CW Auto failed and I had to get it fixed elsewhere. I requested a refund of my money, he did honor the refund but was very rude to me and the place the fixed it. He kept saying it was a “parts malfunction” when it was not the problem.
