I paid for the 2 Business Day - Express shipping is a flat rate of $17.99 it has been more than 5 business days and the tracking update is: they’ve made a label and have yet to drop it to FedEx to be shipped. Now I wished I had read all previous reviews to help avoid this unnecessary issue ?

Bought a pair of shoes for over $200, before they even sent a confirmation email they took the money and canceled the order. They are crooks who told me it was canceled due to card verification but if it wasn’t verified why would you take the money? Idiots working in this building??♀️

I ORDER MY SNEAKERS FROM THEM AND THEY SENT IT THROUGH USPS AND MY SNEAKERS WAS SENT TO A DIF LOCATION AND WHEN I CALL THE APP NUMBER THEY WAS RUDE AND DONT WANT TO HELP ME TO REFUND MY MOMEY TALKING ABOUT INVESTIGATION LIKE UGH THIS IS RIDICULOUS NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THURSDAY TO SEE WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN THE SECOND PAIR OF SNEAKERS YESTERDAY THAT GOT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS . FEDEX DID IT YESTERDAY TO SO BOTH OF MY SNEAKERS GONE

I had an inconvenience with an order but got the problem resolved with a customer service representative by the name of Austin. He provided a lot of support on how to exchange for a non damaged product and included some deals!

I recieved an empty box!!!! Receipt only and my card was charged!!!! No way of speaking to anyone and have to wait 24hrs for someone to answer my email!!!! Im so dissatisfied and disappointed... Terrible Service

The customer service sucks. No one answers the phone. They took money out of my account and emailed me saying my order has shipped and is in transit to UPS. This has been almost three weeks ago and it's still saying it's on the way to UPS. Bad service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
