We got a flat tire while traveling through central WI area on 10/19/24. Discount Tire was able to get us in quickly and back on road with a new set of tires which was great. Unfortunately, they placed yellow blocks on lift in the wrong spots and jacked our car up by the pinch welds rather than the jack points. This resulted in damage to our vehicle in all 4 places they contacted our underbody. The pinch welds are now bent. Our vehicle has only been serviced for routine maintenance at our Honda dealership prior to this. It’s concerning that a place that works on vehicles doesn’t know the proper location to jack up a vehicle. Saw them do it other vehicles as well (Buick SUV, Chrysler 200). We won’t return to a Discount Tire as a result but wanted others to be aware. I’d go somewhere else because things like this indicate they don’t know what they’re doing.

I don't really leave reviews, but wow. I came in about a week ago for some new tires and had balancing issues. The fjrst time I came back, they had rebalanced them and found they were off by 2.5 oz, fixed them, and off I went on a trip to Chicago. On my drive back, I had the same issues I was having previously, so today I brought them in and after they rebalanced them, they noticed an issue with the tires themselves so Casey upgraded them for me and made sure everything was done right. Thank you all so much, I'll definitely be coming back with my other car and for more than just tires.

I have been buying tires from Discount Tire locations for over 25 years. I needed a tire replaced that was under warranty, and went to the Wausau location. I decided to replace all 4 tires, and talked to Casey. He was polite, helpful, and took care of my warranty replacement as well as the other 3 tires I wanted replaced very quickly. I been to many different Discount Tire stores over the years, but Casey and the rest of the crew at the Wausau location were great. It was the best overall experience I’ve had at Discount Tire. They should be commended on the great service they provide for their customers. I Highly recommend this Discount Tire location!

Discount tire is my all time favorite car place to go their customer service is top tier! I do not know much about cars but they always explain the issues and solutions to me so I can understand and offer reasonable prices. They actually try to help people rather than ripping them off for their money especially when they know nothing about cars.

I was driving from Minnesota to Green Bay this past weekend with my two young kids when I blew a tire. I called to ensure they were open and spoke with Casey, he was kind and answered my questions. When I got there he said 45 minutes and there is no way we spent more than 30 there. I saw Casey changing my tires himself, he made what was a very stressful situation a little bit easier and I will go to discount tires from now on.
