We’ve been going to CW for about 25 years. Always great service and trustworthy. My daughter recently bought a used car from a dealership. Had it 27 days and something was wrong. The dealership wasn’t helpful and I took it to CW. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took a few minutes out of their day to take a look at it and diagnose the problem. They provide great customer service.

I have been going to this auto shop for years, and have had excellent service every time. Whether it be just an oil change, or a repair, they have always provided excellent service! They are very flexible with scheduling an appointment, and are very kind to their customers. I will keep coming back to CW Auto for all my car maintenance!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I’m from out of town and was in a bit of a situation with a leaking tire. Called CW and spoke to a fella named Chris. Chris was determined to help me out short notice, understanding my predicament. Unfortunately the tire wasn’t repairable, but that was no fault of theirs. They were very friendly, honest, and fair! Would definitely recommend!

I cant speak to the repair portion of this business, but I've been using the car wash for years.. I recently stopped there to use the car wash and vacuum. The vacuum was falling apart and barely had any suction.. $2 for 5 minutes when it barely works is a bit steep. A couple months ago I stopped there to use the car wash, and everything was covered in black ice, the "slip hazard" sign was down outside the garage door and to the right, so if you pull into the car wash garage you likely won't even see it until your standing on a decline covered in ice.. so I slipped and fell.. I hit the ground really hard but luckily I didn't hurt myself, it could have been very bad.

Had some car trouble in a tight time windows and Mike saved the day. They took care of everything in one day and fixed up our truck. Also checked in on us a few days later to make sure everything went well. Very professional, fair prices, and quick turn around. Highly recommend!

Honest shop! I started having car issues while in Wausau for work and drove here because it was the closest shop. I live 2 hours away and didn't feel comfortable driving it until someone looked at the car. They fit me in as soon as they could and were very accommodating to my situation being so far from home. They cannot fix the problem because they don't service imports, but they helped me find a tow and the charge for looking at the car was extremely reasonable.
