I hate the new update to the online services. The formats that were chosen for the dates are different from page to page, the appearance is very dull and out dated and it takes longer to navigate do to how things have been "organized". It comes across like a highschool level project apposed to a professional business website.

They told me that they're working with me and that they're trying to push back foreclosure. Then, with a bold face lie told me that they are starting the foreclosure process even though I talk to them EVERY WEEK to keep them up to date and try things to save my house. If we save this house, we need a new bank. They lie.

They always have an excuse why I can't receive my money and when I make appointments for trying to get approved for a loan they never call me back or never give me an explanation. Very poor company. Switching asap whenever they decide to clear my check.

I have Been a member for 3+ years and honestly I have had nothing but issues when it comes to dealing with CoVantage, whether its about getting a new card issued because of unauthorized purchases being made on it or applying/getting approval for a loan it's all the same. Not ideal. I'm 28 and have a 718 TU score and 714 EQ score but yes one can argue that still my credit could be better, but it's also not bad and I've had 3+ years of on time payments which them being my bank can easily see, only to keep being told I won't be able to unless I have a co signer which I don't have or do I feel right burdening someone to do so, or I was offered a 300$ limit credit card instead. But on another note the people who work at the branch closest to me are very nice and helpful. Again this has just been my experience Hope this helps?

Covantage used to be much more customer focused. As they have gotten larger they have seemed to forget about personal relationships. They have some great people working for them.
