After an online search of reviews we selected Jim as our realtor. He was FANTASTIC!!! He answered every single one of my million questions (even on a Saturday at 10pm). He was kind, reassuring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He even managed to get us $4,000 over asking price within the first 36 hours of it being listed!
