Lost 90% of my text message photos after transferring my data and wiping the old phone. There response was we can’t help you and you should figure on your out on my own. I have been a customer here for 10 years and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had some issues with my phone and Christie took care of everything.She was able to remove apps that I couldn't get rid of since I left work. She is amazing.

They are closing all of their stores. Reason I went with them is they were in Merrill,Wi and now it's in Rib mtn. Plus I had 5g and they fixed my phone due to defects and now I can only get 2g. May have to look around for something else.

I came to Wausau Cellcom for a new phone and service Steve was amazing very polite and professional kept me in the loop on everything. My experience was stress free . I highly recommend Steve if your looking for new service. Thank you Steve keep up the good work !

Worked with Kenzi to buy and transfer information for 2 phones. She made the process super easy to understand with information about plan changes and payment information. Kenzi was also very understanding when it came to spiting the costs between myself and the other person and made sure we understood everything before finalizing the transaction. It did take about 2 hours to transfer everything for the first phone and the second phone took closer to 3 or 4 hours but that's something that they were unable to control and very apologetic about. Overall, a really good experience with amazing customer service.

I have received some of the best customer service from the Rib Mountain location than I've received from anywhere in any consumer transaction. These folks go above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what you're getting and paying for. I'll take person to person contact over some telephone call to India any day of the week. Thank you, Cellcom Rib Mountain, for restoring my faith that customer service isn't a thing of the past.

Garrett Cottrell was our rep. He did a great job at explaining plans and options We bought some products and later decided they were not for us so we returned them no problem His customer service was perfect. He did not make us feel rushed and explained everything. At the end we had bought an Apple Watch He had set everything up put everything in a bag and I was on my way half way home he called and said I forgot the watch. He then said when I get off work I’ll bring the watch to your home. Now that’s customer service. I’ve been with Cellcom for 25 years and they have always been more than helpful

My sales rep Jordan was awesome! I purchased a new cell phone and updated my package. She told me to call Friday for a promotion that would be available for my new phone. I did, I got my phone for free!!You rock Jordan! Thank you!I would definitely send my friends there!
