Highly do NOT recommend going here bought my Grand Cherokee here a year ago few months later replaced thermostat, not even a year later just 2 weeks ago car over heated took it to get it looked at they tell me its my cylinder heads worn best bet replace engine, ok 14,000 over my dead body then dropped it to 8200 for used engine didnt even know how many miles then turned around had to pay over 250 to get my car back took it else where for it to be a simply $140 fix that they never even checked and what they said was wrong with it wasnt even actually true NEVER will i go back here nor will ever recommend anyone else to go here!

I bought my Jeep Charokee less than a year ago from Brickners. I asked them to check over everything for me to make sure that everything was sound before I bought it. I chose the payment plan to pay extra monthly to keep it under warrantee. I have since brought my car in 4 times. Each of those times, I brought it in for noises that I heard and jerking I felt while driving my car. They never could figure out what the noises I heard or jerking was but they did find numerous other problems. Two of the times the warrantee covered the cost, except for $100 deposits that were required. The last time I brought it in, they said the noise was from bad spark plugs. I had family replaces those because they wanted to charge me $900 to change my plugs. My family member did it for $300. The cost of the parts were $200 (and I bought the higher end kind). Whenever I had to use a rental car with them, the customer service was awful and frustrating. Today, I brought my car in somewhere else for the noises that I was inquiring about because Brickners could not figure it out and they found the problem in 30 minutes. I will never buy a car from Brickners again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could leave half a star, I would probably start with that. I don’t say this lightly; as we have given Brickners SO many chances to provide service. We have been customers for years, and have now had the same type of situation happen not once, not twice, but THREE times! I’ll generalize the situation - schedule service appointment, bring vehicle in, diagnosis. Parts need to be ordered. Wait patiently, no follow up from Brickners. Wait a few more weeks, still nothing. After a month, call Brickners yourself for part status/new service appointment date and receive the response “oh I’m sorry it looks like your parts haven’t been ordered” followed by something like, “someone new was working here that day, or that person is no longer with us”. I get turnover happens, I get mistakes happen - this is exactly why we have been patient and have given Brickners more than one chance. We finally had an appointment and parts finally arrived! Bring our vehicle in and receive a phone call not even an hour later that the parts that were ordered are WRONG. After this final time this week, I have had enough. This is a large company, with standard operating procedures I’m sure, and we continue to have these same issues. No one ever really seems to care either, it’s just kind of shrugged off time and time again. We will never use Brickners again. Extremely disappointed after years of poor service. I think it’s definitely time to find a small company for our vehicles that values repeat customers and quality service.

Wow, walked into your service center, got 4 people sitting at computers , nobody says a word to me , just stares , I might have been on the wrong side and looking for the body shop but still ,And then went to your cashier , to ask how to get to the body shop and she was rudeThe only redeeming quality was Kevin the body shop. who took care of my car, very pleasant, kept me up to date ,and now my front end looks better than it did before the accident!!! I hope they're paying you well Kevin !!!

Service on vehicle fineNo one told me when it was done. Sat waiting for over two hours for someone to come and tell me it was readyHad to go to cashier myself to find out that it was ready. Not happy.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and fluids checked under $80. I've changed my own oil and it cost almost $60.

Highly recommend the Body Shop for any and all RV work. Brought our 22 Wayfarer in twice recently, once for collision damage and again for additional minor body work. Kevin was great to work with and the quality of the repair work was excellent. Great attention to detail and very personable customer service.

Signed papers for our truck on the 15th of November we have only had it for 8 days. At signing I told them the horn didn’t work, but yet the paperwork said the horn was good so it needed to be fixed. It took dropping it off twice to get it fixed.we finally got it back today. We will not return! No vehicle of ours will touch that parking lot! STAY AWAY! You will get a much better experience at koucourek.

Sales team was awesome! Everything went smoothly with them. However, service team could use some work and do better. I bought my 2022 Jeep Renegade from them back in June. drove it for two weeks and the AC started leaking and it was hissing. Called service team right away and brought it in for them to take a look at. Was told the AC line got a hole in it and they had put in an order for the part. Mind you, this was my very first time buying a car and I know nothing about cars, therefore I put my trust in them and waited patiently for them. I understand that the car is fairly new and parts may take longer. I tried to not call them so much because I trust that they’re doing their part too. However, everytime I called, they couldn’t provide an answer other than there’s no update, no call back from the other party. Everytime I called, there’s no update. They’re always rushing to hang up on me and not give me a chance to ask questions. The third time that I called, I was told there are eight parts in and they will try to get one in asap for my car. I called again two weeks later and again, there was no update on parts. Fast forward to late august-early September, it was getting cooler so I tried using the heater and it was hissing as well. Called service team again and had my brother took it in. AGAIN, my brother were told there’s nothing they can do because there’s no parts in. at this point, there’s really no point of working with them. I called Kocourek in Stevens Point and they asked me to take my car in right away. The following day, they were able to tell me what was wrong and put in an order for the part. They were able to provide me the time of when the parts will be in, which I was told it would be 45 days or longer. They were apologetic about the issue and that brickners didn’t do their best to help me. Within just 30 days, the part was in and they were able to get my car done the same week that they called. Again, service team at brickners could do better. Would not recommend this place to anyone even though sales team was awesome. Fix it. It’s the end of October now and still didn’t hear anything from Brickners. Not that I am expecting a call from them anyway, but it really shows Brickners characters.

This is the first time my husband and I bought a car from a major dealership. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I worked with Bill "Birkie" and he made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the finance department to finish our offer. He joked with us and kept up conversation. Nick in sales was also nice and walked us through the signing process and answered all of our questions. Nick also took us on a tour of the place. Brickners has their own towing guy as well. I talked with him on the phone about having our other vehicle towed to Brickners and he was also quite friendly. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Need a car or truck, need service done on your vehicle? Brickners is the way to go, they are full service and great at what they do!

It was a pleasure doing business with Brickner’s of Wausau. We purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. They took care of us from the beginning to beyond the purchase. We received great communication and service. We appreciate everything Trae Butler’s did for us! Truly a man of integrity! He went above and beyond for us.We highly recommend Brickner’s of Wausau!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Chose them to install a new moon roof on my jeep because I was from out of town traveling and it broke when I was in town and they were the only jeep dealer around. Was assured the work was guaranteed and if there was a problem I could take it to any jeep/Chrysler dealership and they would fix the issue, which put me at ease since I was from out of town. I found out this was a lie when I noticed and issue a couple days later when it rained. I tried to take it to my local jeep dealer they said They had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned that it should be covered and no expense to me. So I was forced to drive back to Wausau to have them look at my vehicle once again. This was done in the service department. So when I brought it back they told me there was chunks of broken glass in the drain tubes so water doesn’t drain properly and that i would need new ones which they were going to try to charge me for. This is a direct result of their technician not doing the job properly the first time. In the end the issue was not resolved.They had me travel four hours round trip for no reason just to try to charge me more money so please do yourself a favor and go get work done on your vehicle somewhere else where they actually care about the customer and their quality of work.
