“Chris and Jen are an absolute pleasure to work with!!! I started my hail damage claim through Progressive, got Chris/Jen the needed information, and they took it from there. I dropped my 4Runner off to be looked over and quoted for the hail. They called me with the amount and we scheduled a week for them to get it fixed. I was offered a loaner car when they inspected/quoted and when they fixed the damage! Chris and Jen both did an excellent job at communicating what next steps were and answered any questions I had. Not once did I seem like I was bothering them with questions. Super helpful and positive attitude!! Chris was even nice enough to install my sound deadening in the roof when they had the headliner out...THANK YOU!!

“My family and I were driving thru Wausau from about 5 hours away and still had about 5 hours to go. We came out of our hotel room on Saturday morning to a flat tire. We wanted to go to Brickners first due to them being a Jeep dealership but the service department was closed. We went to a tire shop up the street on a flat bed tow truck and they came up with every excuse on how they could not help us out. We took the Jeep back to Brickners and Brian Bremness and Glenn Podgorski went out of their way to help us out with our issue. Glenn was there on his day off and spent an hour with us while Brian went thru 4 boxes of wheel lock keys to find one that worked for us. On top of this, they knew I worked at a car dealership in Illinois and still went above and beyond just to be helpful knowing that I would not be buying a vehicle from them. I left the tire and rim with them and came back a week later to get it on the way back and the service department had me in and out in less than 45 minutes! All around a wonderful and impressive experience. Thank you again Brian and Glenn!”

“Gerber Collision was previously owned by Abra. I had some work done on my vehicle while it was owned by Abra. Abra is a nationwide company under Driven Brands and they offered a lifetime warranty on their work. I noticed the clear coat was chipping off (not from road debris but large patches in several spots). I called Abra to file a claim on the work. They only asked for the paperwork and never asked for pictures of the vehicle. They said they would respond in 72 hours which they never did. I gave them a week and called only to be told my claim had been denied. I asked why and they said that when Gerber purchased this location, they assumed the warranties. I truly feel this was a blow off answer as there are other Abra locations within a reasonable distance that could have fixed the problem. Their warranty is essentially useless and they don't stand behind their work. In an effort to try to get a resolution, I did reach out to Gerber. I spoke to Dave and he had me bring the car in. He didn't make any promises as it was not Gerber's responsibility since I paid Abra and they should have stood behind their warranty. I wasn't holding out much hope but a couple days later Dave emailed me and said although it is not Gerber's responsibility (which I agree), they would step up and fix the shotty work Abra performed. I cannot express how thankful I am to Dave and the team at Gerber. In this day where companies just pass the buck, Dave showed a very high level of integrity and care for his customers. The work was completed in a professional manner and my car was returned beautifully detailed. I highly recommend Gerber and appreciate all they have done to make a bad situation good. Thank you!”

My car is older and had hidden rust that made the repairs difficult but they were able to return it to me in better condition than it was previous to accident.
