I ordered a refrigerator online and they had it ready for curbside pickup in less than an hour. The guys were really quick and helpful with getting it onto my son’s truck!!

The return "policy" is horrible. They said 15 days was the max. I tried to return an un-opened, unused box and the refused. I am out about $500. Do not buy from Best Buy. Imagine if you bought something on Black Friday and tried to return after Christmas!

BEWARE! Don’t trust open box merchandise they are selling without checking it in store first
Bought a 43” LG TV open box claimed in excellent condition. Bought it for a birthday present and now 3 weeks later and no sound. Clearly they didn’t inspect it. Best Buy customer service is a nightmare and not helpful at all. Last thing i buy from Best Buy.
What Major retailer in the country doesn’t stand behind what they sell for at least 30 days. 11 days that’s all they offer.

I'm a Best Buy total tech member. Called Best Buy Corp. and explained a TV related viewing issue. They sent a third party contractor on 6/18 who said he was not qualified. I Called and again explained the situation and asked they send a qualified Geek Squad person for troubleshooting. Appointment was scheduled for 6/26. After planning around the 6/26 appointment, nobody shows up. I was not contacted advising they would not show up. I called and was promised by Best Buy they would call me back within the hour and reschedule. They don't call back as promised. 4 hours later I call and go through the whole thing again. After another 20 minutes on the phone we get disconnected and no call back from Best Buy. The customer service and scheduling don't appear to have adequate communication processes established to identify root cause and implement their internal corrective actions. I've done a lot of business with Best Buy and generally have had good experiences. This experience has been a nightmare! Hours on the phone, apologies, weeks have passed and the issue is yet to be resolved.

I came in today to purchase my first digital camera with little knowledge of what I was going to buy.
I knew I wanted something to help brighten up my photography with more high definition, warm photos.
Alex was incredible in assisting me and had all of the answers to every question that I had. Alex found me the perfect camera, that would meet all needs I needed for my photography.
Staff here, from the door to the back of the store, is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable.
I had an excellent experience today at the Best Buy Rib Mountain location. Thank you Alex and Ethan!
