Booked an appointment to have remote start installed. I spent 15 minutes on the phone verifying that they could in fact do it on my car specifically as most shops said it couldn’t be done. They confirmed they could do it because they would have the correct wire harness. When they called to confirm my appointment a week later, I once again spent 10-15 minutes discussing this to ensure they could do it. 3 hours after I dropped my car off I got a text saying it couldn’t be done. So I lost half a day of work and the gas there and back. They then attempted to give me a refund for the deposit I paid and messed that up. Finally got that a week later.

Purchased a remote start from Auto Trim. After it was installed, the trunk pop stopped working and the car began shutting off when trying to operate it. We made an appointment to take it back in to have it looked at since it was not functioning as it should and was under warranty. We also decided since we had the appointment, to downgrade to a 1 button, versus the 4 button we purchased. We were then charged for this visit. Not only should it have been under warranty, but we downgraded to a cheaper package. We called multiple times to discuss this cost with Paul and to explain our frustrations at paying for something under warranty. When we finally got hold of him after calling and calling, the phone call ended by him hanging up on us. After reading many Google Reviews, apparently hanging up on disgruntled customers is a practice for them. Please read through all reviews on FB and Google before making the decision to not work with Auto Trim.

We had brought a car in to have the windows tinted and the back window was not done correctly. Paul refused to fix the problem and refused a refund. He then text me and said if it was me trying to call him then to stop calling him. The unprofessionalism is quite apparent and so is the lack of knowledge on how to do a job. If I paid for a job to be done it should be done correctly and if it wasn’t done correctly then it should be fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I will be opening a complaint on the BBB!

Don’t waste your time and money. They failed to mention they could not match the tint on the back windows & also left a big gap on the top of the window where tint should have been. Due to already paying, of course asked for clarification on the tint match and they said they don’t want to shove it down customers throats so don’t typically mention it. WOW
