There was no one at the counter when I walked in. I walked up and down 6 Isles before seeing anyone and another 2 before I was greeted. They didn't have the part I was looking for.

I usually don't go anywhere else for my parts. Most of the guys are pretty helpful, but Jim is a real MVP for that store.

Wiper arm issue, and we pulled in and the two gentleman helped get it in working order to get us home safely and until monday get it back to dealership to repair the recall work they did on Friday!
