Not very well stocked, 0 auto experience " kids" at the counter, poor help from the manger. One of the worst Napa's I've visited or had to deal with. I go out of the way now to pass this one. Luckily O'Reilly's is up the street.Update:Calling the customer service number all I got was Ha-mere saying " sorry for your bad experience "

Poor customer service and doesn't stand behind their products.Update:After getting a response to call customer support I was on hold for 20 minutes, was connected to a middle east person with broken english and was told the regional manager would call me with in 24 to 48 hours to help me with my concern.......1 month later no word yet. Guess customer service/support trickles down from corporate to the stores.
