Most unhelpful dealer I have visited. Just irritating when you are looking for a used car and they 2 you are interested in but they person you're dealing is the typical used car salesman. Never will I visit this lot NEVER!

Dissatisfied!!! I discussed price and MOST IMPORTANLY, condition of vehicle with finance manager Brian, as I live 218 miles away and wanted him to be transparent with all red flag problems because alot of times pictures from the website do not tell the true condition of the vehicle. He assured me It was "A very nice condition car." REALLY?? Upon getting there and laying eyes on the vehicle, It was in poor shape with multiple very noticeable scratches on the hood, trunk, and every quarter panel. along with a broken unrepaired passenger mirror to name just a few items. ABSOLUTE waste of my time!!! do not try and sell vehicles at a steep price if they are in poor shape. I would not have given 1/2 of the nearly $13K price they were asking. I was in the car business for 8 years and to not disclose this information is unethical and unacceptable. Shame on you Homan Auto Group and Homan Value Center!!! I would never consider doing business with you again.
