Decided to buy a new tractor, Drove an hour there to find a salesman had left for the day and no one there could sale me a tractor? Waste of time and gas. I guess they have all the money they need and didn’t want mine. Looking at kabota now.

Absolutely amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff, Sue has been amazing, helping and staying in contact every step of the way. Buying a used zero turn mower from them, their mechanics fully looked it over before i could pick it up, found that it needed a new head, so they are replacing it for me before i pick it up. They asked if i had a mower as the wait was going to be a bit longer due to waiting for the part and offered me a nice riding mower to use until the one im buying is ready. So far they have exceeded every expectation!!

I originally bought a riding mower at a competitor, however, after a month of no communication and finding out they damaged the mower I decided to start over. I went to Ballweg on a Saturday and had my new John Deere X380 by Thursday! Great communication, great service, and awesome product! I love my X380 and enjoyed mowing on it yesterday. I would highly recommend Ballweg to anyone that is looking for equipment

Very disappointed. Bought a new JD 2660 VT was built at the end of March, it is still sitting there, was ordered with the wrong tires, they never corrected their mistake as the build codes were e-mailed to me and management by salesman and it was ordered wrong by management. They finally started assembling it in June and I still haven't gotten it yet and its the 4th of September. I also bought a demo J&M 1326 grain cart there last spring, the first time I took it to the field it leaked grain out the auger hinge and spout area. The spout and ram for the spout were bent and the service department was supposed to come fix it under warranty but never came to fix. Dave M. my salesman is the best, just very unsatisfied with Tom B. and the customer support side of Ballweg Implement.
