Was at the store today and was going to buy a new complete bed for the spare bedroom. We then found a pretty fancy recliner that we liked. We were not greeted as we came in the store and the salesperson never got out of the office to help with any questions. We are now looking elsewhere, you lost a sale of a bed and recliner!

We really enjoyed our experience here. The owners do not pressure you and let you look independently. We got a great deal. I looked at several furniture stores and BoxDrop had the same furniture pieces at a much lower price. We will be back!

We come from Winneconne was tired of the big box stores and there run around, we stopped in an we were welcomed and looked around without a salesperson riding our ?. We saw the chair we liked , then saw the matching sofa well the wife had to have both.
Then we met JOSH , super guy very knowledgeable about his products. Explained warranty, pickup, cleaning materials, we brought them , came back next day JOSH had them waiting , helped us load. ( if you don’t give these guys a chance you will be paying to much elsewhere.)

We are thrilled with our cuddler sofa purchase! Couch is sturdy yet so comfortable, Color is brilliant and deep. The price was unbelievable. We paid 3x’s price for our last sofa that was purchased locally and was a complete disappointment. Thank you for the great price product and delivery. We will recommend you highly.
