I needed to find a new hairdresser as my hairdresser had changed professions. I picked this place because one of the hairdressers was referred to me by a friend. I booked a hair appointment for my daughter, which takes about a month to get in. When I booked the appointment, I told them that I'm booking this appointment for my daughter. I gave them her name and gave them my phone number as she is only 13 years old. I work night shift so on the day of my daughters hair appointment my husband dropped her off. They had no clue of the appointment made for my daughter even after my husband gave them my phone number to look up. When I woke up that day, I had a voice message left by the salon stating that I had missed my appointment. I had called back to clarify the situation they had apologize for my daughter missing her appointment, but said that they had rebooked her for 9 AM this Friday. as I work night shift, my husband brought my daughter back to her appointment during his workday and the salon was not open. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone as it takes over a month or longer to get into a decent hair appointment now it's our holiday weekend and my daughters hair is still not done.
