Very rude. The slick looking young man has a very bad attitude. Wouldn't shop there again. When i have my vehicles serviced i will only pick a mechanic who doesnt order from them. Which means i take my vehicle and money out of waupaca.

Napa always has great quality and prices. This location also has great service. I use a cane and the young man behind the counter offered to carry my battery out to my car and bring the core back in. He offered, I didn't have to ask. That's a rare thing nowadays.
