My appointment was extremely rushed and walked out with nails that didn’t look anything like what I wanted. The first picture is what I wanted and the rest of the pictures are what I got. I will say there’s nothing wrong with the color that I got, what I’m mad about is the length and one hand not matching the length/shape of the other hand.

I had an appointment for a fill they were very rushed the nail techs were constantly switching and they couldn’t do any kind of design. Beyond that one nail tech was extremely rude and yelled at me as well as other nail techs speaking to me as if I was a child definitely regret leaving a large tip will not be going back

The tech that was working with my mother was unnecessarily rough when removing my mother's previous gel set. We had to leave before my mother suffered more abuse.
The tech was a very old woman with short hair above her ear and glasses. I'm not sure if she still works here, but she shouldn't.

Not a very good place to go! I had 3 different people do my nails. The one lady cut me with a tool didn’t even say anything when she did. Was also on her phone for most of my appointment time!

My Aunt, boyfriend and I came here on Saturday 11/11/23 at 2:40PM and one of the nail techs told me they were busy and I should come back Monday. By the way 2 of the techs weren’t doing anything and they close at 7:00pm… Glad they have so much business they’re turning customers away. ??

First visit and I was very satisfied. The foot and leg scrub and massage alone, were worth the price of the pedicure to me.I normally get pedicures in Stevens Point, but found myself in Waupaca today and was glad I tried this place out.Yes, it did get busy. Me and my daughter went for Mother's Day. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and right away they were ready for us with no appointment! We loved the staff and were so accommodating and kind. Once we were done, the price (in our eyes) was so low for a mani and pedi in comparison to where we're from. Overall, great experience and would try again.

I want to like this place but have had multiple experiences that were middling to poor, including cuts drawing blood on more than one visit.The good: There’s a younger girl who is really thorough, thoughtful, and friendly. Never had a bad experience with her as my tech. Polish jobs are generally good and it’s fine for regular pedicures. The acrylics are natural looking and not too thick. But all of that does not outweigh…The bad: Damaged nail plate, bleeding cuticles. They are overbooked so move quickly and too hard with the e-file. The last time (and last time ever) I was there, I felt heat from the file and had three fingers with bloody cuticles. Recently, I decided to go to another salon 25 miles away to get nails removed and start fresh with natural nails and she knew exactly who had done my nails here at Nail and Spa based on the type of damage to my nails: deep lines/ridges on half my fingers where he went too deep with the e-file. I asked her how she knew and she said “people talk, and you aren’t the first person I’ve seen with it.”I also never quite feel welcome—think it is a product of being too busy since they are harried and rushing.Services: Pedicure
