The gentleman, Jordan helped me. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable and friendly. He DESERVES a raise in my opinion. Women aren't always treated well when it comes to service, but he was an exception for sure.

Came in for our “free” rotation for the rewards program. Were charged and they gave me back my almost new vehicle with a noise in the suspension. Horrible, seriously horrible service. Feels like they are intentionally trying to break our vehicle to make money on us! No way Jose! Honestly avoid at all costs for vehicle service!!!Service: Tires

Too many items not in stock. I was there to get oil and filter for a 2010 car and talked with a employee he looked like he was going to get the accurate information about the inventory. I waited 23min and the person never came back to thecounter and pushed the store help button. No response after another 12 min finally a employee was there in person and said they had none.

Ordered tires through them, paid up-front, was told to wait for a call from them saying the tires were there. Ended up driving there after calling multiple times with no answer to be told the tires were discontinued and would never show up. Heard they messed up someone else's vehicle while I was there and were trying to charge them half price to fix their own mistake.Service: Tyres

On a busy Saturday morning we got a flat tire on the highway, and had to be towed to Waupaca Fleet Farm. The guys in the Auto Center were super quick to repair our tire. The crew was very accommodating and just plain nice to boot. Thanks so much guys!!

The picture tells the story well. If I have 4 items on my list and find more than 1 or 2 it's a good trip. Many empty shelves and pegs. Sad when like you see in the picture they have more open spaces for merchandise that full spaces.
