I drive an hour to this vet. Only place I'll bring my pet.

We've sent our cats in for routine things - vaccines, spaying, etc. - and over the years they've sent us home with fleas three separate times. I understand the risk of fleas is just part of vet clinics, but THREE times is ridiculous.

Over all, countryside does well with vet care. I have been taking dogs/cats there for years. They have always been helpful and upfront about costs/needs.
I was very disappointed though after scheduling a pregnancy confirmation and puppy count x ray on my golden. I verified over the phone that their equipment was going to work to get an accurate count and that they would be able to help me know just how many puppies there were, given this was my dogs first litter. I was told to expect 4 puppies with a possible 2 more. The xray image was very unclear, mostly black. No way to verify how many puppies there turkey were, just that yes she is pregnant. For the cost of the x ray, along with the scheduling and time given at the appointment I was very disappointed. My golden had 8 puppies born, double what was told to me by the vet!!
I wish they had been upfront about the machine being older, and not able to properly get a count. Especially given I directly asked for that.

I have a dog who is in need of quality of life medications. He has IVDD and glaucoma, these medications keep him as healthy as possible with his given conditions. I was denied the prescriptions for his medications until he had a checkup (completely understandable). Scheduled a checkup and unfortunately due to life situations we had to cancel and needed to reschedule. Now the availability to book a checkup is out into October and are denying my dogs medications until then. They are denying a dog their quality of life medications because they are so booked out that he has to go without for 2 months. Top quality veterinary care right there. New vet recommendations welcome.

Every summer we visit WI. 2 summers ago, Countryside helped my dog who incidentally broke his toe. This past week, the staff saw our dog who’s Cushing’s suddenly progressed beyond the point of return and helped to validate that it was indeed time to let her go and helped us to say goodbye. I appreciate all of the staff in helping us when we’ve needed it although we aren’t regular customers. Thank you for fitting us into your busy schedule and for helping us with our sweet pups when we were away from home.

It was a good experience I didn't have to wait very long and my animals seem to be very comfortable. The veterinarian answered all my questions and so did the women up front.

The staff is horrible. I called needing to speak to the boss because I was yelled at for no reason. I called later and said he had left for the day and when I asked did he not get to message to call me and they said no we told him but we don't know what he did afterwards.

They wouldn't see my dog even though I have been there before. Said I had to establish a account. Guess they never looked to see I was there before. That's okay if you have something you need immediate service don't call them go right to Paws awesome place caring staff. Wish I didn't waste my time calling this office. It was close. Then memories of my last encounter with them when the lady vet looked at my last dog she peed blood on floor and she wiped it off floor for testing and just said bladder infection. Floor hold alot of bacteria. Took my dog to Seymour when that office was open to find it wasn't a infection like this vet said. It was cancer. So glad I didn't give a second chance at redeeming my thoughts on this clinic. But since they are close thought maybe new vets. Glad I won't ever be a client here again.

They don't do emergency services like they claim. Just like every other vet around the area. Send them to blue pearl in Appleton.

The best vet I could have hoped for. They have gone above and beyond for our pets more than once. Amazing service each time.

Everyone was super nice to both me and the little kitty I brought in. They were very gentle and extra loving during the checkup and gave me all the information I needed.

They took my dog in right away and took care of her broken dew claw. She was in a lot of pain.

This practice is very busy but the staff are great. Sadly, the owner (vet) suddenly passed away a week ago (last week of 10/23) so they only have one vet right now. I just relocated to Waupaca and had stopped in to start my files for my two dogs. I don't have any healthcare issues with my dogs so not an urgent need to see a vet. But the staff helped me find someone to trim my dogs nails. Hopefully, once this sudden passing has had some time to heal hearts, this practice will add another vet.
