Been going here for years and have always been satisfied with the vets and technicians. My only criticism is that they don't have name tags that state what their name and position is. They all look the same in their blue scrubs. It does seem to be harder to get an appointment now than it was. Same for dog grooming. The business has changed hands in the last year but is still a good clinic. We are loyal customers.

After a long, sleepless night with our sick dog, I called this clinic as a new client, asking for an appointment as soon as possible. The employee I spoke with was kind, comforting, and handled all of the records and contact points. Within a few hours, they had us in for an appointment, providing us with the answers and comfort we sought. They also offered their boarding services, tailored to exactly what our dog needed. When it was time to pick up our dog, we had multiple staff members speak with us, providing their consultation. A week later, when I returned to pick up some prescription food, our vet remembered exactly who we were, asking for updates on our dog and providing a general warmth that can so often feel lacking in emergency situations. Also, our dog was actually excited to go into the office and reunite with her new friends - that was a first! We were provided information the vet had printed from the internet, further explaining our dog's condition and how best to treat it. Our dog has remained healthy and happy in the weeks since, and we're incredibly grateful for this clinic.

I absolutely love the clinic. the staff is always welcoming, happy and caring when we bring out kitties in. Our cats feel comfortable there, they relax and our shortly after getting in the room and even when someone they haven't met yet enters the room they are more then excited to meet the person. I don't put my kitties in a carrying bag anymore when I bring them because they don't get stressed going. I wouldn't put them in anyone else's care, and my 1yr old goes months for treatment. They are amazing and affordable. Highly recommend in my book

I have been using Waunakee Vet Care for years (3 different dogs) and have had consistently excellent care. I just started using the groomer, and that experience was also excellent. My former groomer was very good but took 3 hours. Waunakee took 1 hour and my dog looks great

My wife and I were recommended to come to Waunakee Veterinary Clinic to take care of our Husky/Great Pyrenees' substantial undercoat. We asked for their de-shedding service and were disappointed by the enormous amount of fur that we pulled from our dog within a few minutes of getting her home. After an hour or so, we were contacted by Ann, who was apologetic about the exchange and we were refunded the cost of the de-shedding in compensation for the initial service.

We've been taking all of our dogs to Waunakee Vet Clinic for the past 20+ years. We've had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the vets, vet techs and front desk staff each of every time we visit. We no longer live in Waunakee but still continue to go to the Waunakee vet clinic because they do such a great job and take good care of our furry family. Highly recommend!!!

I've been going to this Vets office for the last 3 yrs. its amazing. even in the middle of the whole Covid-19, they took care of Lily with her Ear infection and seasonal allergies. i love this staff!! they are awesome.

Staff genuinely cares for pets as if they were their own. Dr Abrams always goes out of her way to answer my questions & understands my concerns . Communication is great, responsive to emails , phone calls etc. many great doctors , techs & support staff . I fully trust them with my dogs . Especially my 14 year old pug with special needs

I have been going to them for over 20 years! The doctors take time to listen and explain what is going on. The techs are super patient, helpful and kind. The clinic has started to match some prices for comparable meds (at comparable facilities), which is great.
