This is the third time I've gone into this store and each time I've said, "NEVER AGAIN!" Well three strikes you're OUT, and I'm done! They are rude and condescending; furniture is over priced by 30%+; and the furniture, decor, jewelry, misc are so crammed in you can really see anything!!! Save your time... too many other GREAT places!!!!

Found a new sofa for my Father, talked to the sales person who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Less than 30 minutes later the staff helped move and load the sofa into our vehicle. It’s a perfect fit for his home! Thank you to the ETC staff for making it an easy process.

Waunakee Furniture ETC has served me and my family for several years now, and we have all been grateful and impressed with the selection and service. I purchased all of the furniture for my first home from ETC - Pieces from Smith Brothers, Simply Amish, and Archbold, and I have been so pleased with each product. Starting from scratch was difficult, but Sandy and the other designers were patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. This store will always be my first choice when selecting furniture - I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and personalized service!

I was profiled when I walked into the store. The lady that met me first - asked what I was looking for and when I told her she said they didn’t sell that “crap”. After she handed me off to another employee-who took me downstairs and low and behold- they did have what I was looking for. I asked my sales lady why they sold this “crap”? She questioned my statement- I told her that’s what her boss called it. I politely walked through the store and left. I then proceeded to drive to Baraboo to spend my money. My wife and I are looking to buy $5-7k worth of furniture post holidays- However it will not be spent at Waunakee Furniture.

Amazing experience from day one. Everything went smoothly from picking my sectional and chair, the fabrics, arm choices, seat depth, etc. to receiving my furniture earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be shopping with you again!!!

Highly recommend! We shopped around a little bit and finally landed with Waunakee Furniture...they were a local business and had excellent service. We took our time trying to decide what fit our space and the colors we wanted and they were helpful the entire time. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. We ended up getting furniture for our living room and basement. I seriously could not be happier with our delivery and product! It was so fun seeing our furniture come to life!! Thank you all so much!

Selection is great, but disappointed with the service.This was our first time shopping for furniture in quite a while, and we had a lot of uncertainty about just what we wanted.The associate that greeted us seemed to grow tired of us quickly, and before long, began assisting other customers. Any questions we asked of her left us with the impression that she had already concluded we were not making a purchase.We continued to shop on our own and found a couch we liked. I went back to our associate to tell her we wanted to make a purchase, and she became very friendly all of the sudden.The next day, we went to Ayers furniture and had a wonderful customer service experience. We ordered both a couch and loveseat recliner. I then called Waunakee to cancel our original order.The cancellation process was quick and painless. I anticipated this was going to be a fight because the associate at the time of purchase told us all sales were final.They had our down payment back to us within a week.
