If I could give 0 stars I would! The woman on the phone was absolutely TERRIBLE! I had one question and she continued to talk over me get loud and not answer my question. They obviously need a lesson in customer service at this location. I would 100% NOT recommend.

Walgreens in Waunakee is the worst store in the world. The attitude of the staff including the pharmacists and technicians totally ignored the customer needs or wants. Most of the time the staff is snippy and very pushy about what and why are you here. All most every prescription is over priced and if you have a question about an OTC product they haven't even a clue. You better bring the popcorn because the wait to pick up much need prescriptions can be over an hour long even when you have call in to have your prescriptions ready to be picked up. Sometimes the staff can not even find your prescriptions that are supposed to be ready because they stacked up all over the place. I Stay away if all possible.

Pharmacist here is able to fill vacation overrides and refills when the Deforest location is totally clueless. Very thankful for her!!!

This is the WORST customer service ever, they do not care about the customers needs one bit! They have messed up my order so many times, I am done with this pharmacy! Something needs to be done in the management here, ridiculous and so unprofessional. I do not even want to give them a 1 star! Losing lots of customers!

As someone else commented on their review there are always backed up and always busy. I have been getting tablets here on a regular basis for 7 years and the service and care has declined dramatically over the last 2 years. I am Epileptic and I need my daily medication, they have left me in a bad situation and never even contacted me. Time to go somewhere else.

They never have prescriptions ready. I've called ahead and asked them to have them ready to be reassured they will be. Then you show up and they aren't ready. Sit another 45 minutes after they ask for 15 to get it ready.

The prescriptions are never ready. I was told to call ahead of time and they would have prescriptions ready. When I do this they tell me they do not get the message. My time is valuable. I will no longer be using Walgreens pharmacies.

I’d like to give them zero stars for their terrible customer service and Non-Professionalism! These guys can’t get anything right as I have told them numerous times do not call my old doctor for refills and gave them the name of my new doctor twice already and they still called my old one! I asked them today again what can we do to make sure they called the doctor of my choice and they told me the same thing to call them when my prescription is due and tell them which doctor, instead of taking this information down right there and or making sure my old doctor is not attached to my prescriptions any longer! Fed up and going back to CVS where your not treated like a number in a Cattle line!

The Walgreens in Waunakee has always been very pleasant to me and able to fill whatever prescriptions I have. I had questions about a diabetes meter and they came from behind the counter to help me pick one out. Everyone has always been very courteous.

Its great. Makes you feel welcome. Nice to go to for a quick pick for cards and decorations as well.
