Love the Wauakee store. Always clean and organized. Items are always changing. I buy something everytime I go. Prices are always very reasonable. Also, love that you can donate items 7 days a week during open hours. They make it so easy to donate by letting you drive right up and then they help you unload your items. Did i mention how much i love this store!!

Great store, love their DVD collection and prices. Small on housewares but overall still a great place to check out and help the community.

Every time I come to shop, it’s always such a well put together store! The employees are always extremely kind and respectful! I especially appreciate Heather for her thoughtful conversations and how she orients herself and the store. Even though merchandise may not always be quality or the best, it’s thrift. Not everything can always be perfect but she does her best to display a creative, inviting, and inspiring shopping experience! Their end caps are always well put together and beautifully orchestrated! Overall a wonderful shopping experience and would highly recommend shopping or stopping in for a laugh!!

My experience here was terrible, after getting to the register I said hello to a worker named Megan and she had the worst attitude towards me then told me it wasn't her job to check me out and made me wait 5 minutes for another worker who was busy while she just sat there. I will never be coming here again.

Mr Hamilton at the register was exemplary! He didn’t say the same thing to ever customer-he actually paid attention and made positive upbeat conversation that was appropriate and felt personal. I never saw any other staff talking to customers, just hanging out in the back areas. The store was otherwise very disappointing!#1-poorly stocked. I used to shop here 3x a week and I never saw everything there was to see! Now the store was bare and blah. The items under the counter were uninteresting and sparse. Artwork used to surround the upper perimeter of the big room now the pictures were spaced much further apart and they still barely made it half way around the room. Lots of empty space that used to be filled with interesting and useful items. The end cap displays were also underwhelming and they used to be so attractive-colorful, even little details like a nice piece of fabric to show off items. Now empty and blah.#2nd complaint-price tags completely occlude the makers mark on dishes, etc. Simply peeling off the sticker can damage the mark on some items.I used to go here 3x a week, 5-10yrs ago from the week they opened. I always found something but now and staff were rotating stock daily. If you couldn’t here the merchandise moving in the store, you could here them sifting through it in the back room. Now there is so much empty space. They didn’t have much of anything under the glass at the counter. Always had a large selection of artwork than ran the perimeter of the largest room. Now, the pictures were fewer and spaced further apart, yet they still barely made it Galway around the room! Fabric used to be sold by the bag-$5 for a paperbag, but now even the smallest piece is $1. Clothing way too expensive. American Eagle and Banana Republic are not premium brand and don’t warrant $28 for a pr of jeans. ? I didn’t see any high-end clothing, just typical brands.I don’t have any plans to return, I walked out empty handed. There are so many more thrift stores these days with a bigger & better selection at lower prices.

Your clothes are ridiculously priced!! I could not believe some of your higher-end as you call them....... brand name clothes prices. Yikes. You can buy many of those clothes at Macy's right now and other stores MUCH cheaper. I always thought St Vincent was for the more unfortunate people that couldn't afford clothes at the big box stores. That doesn't ring true in your store. You get all of those items for nothing...... But you mark them up so high it's just ridiculous. Maybe a little rethinking????? I know it's for a good cause but your prices are way to high.
