The process from beginning to end was wonderful and we remain very happy we worked with an outstanding team for our new vehicle. Our sales agent, Jophia, carefully walked us through the purchase process and made sure we were totally happy with our decision. She took care of every detail including last-minute cleaning.
Before we departed the Carmax dealership arrangements were made for us to secure replacement of two missing parts from the vehicle. When we got the vehicle home after a more than a 2-hour drive away, we became aware that the tires were very close to the end of their useful life. When we called Carmax Madison to to tell them about this issue, they did not hesitate to tell us to put new tires on the vehicle and they covered that cost. They completely stand behind each vehicle sold.
We highly recommend Carmax to everyone for the purchase of a new vehicle.”

“I’ve become very wary of used car salesmen, been burned a few times in the past. But Greg at campus cars is the real deal- he’s honest and has very fair prices, and a small lot so he’s able to give the cars he sells the care they need. Pretty much exclusively dealing in Honda and Toyota, his lot usually has a few gems. I just bought a 2010 Yaris, and it’s a fantastic little car. Brought it to my mechanic before I bought it (which he was 100% cool with) and the things they found were really minor and when I brought it back he fixed them up on the spot. Plus, he gives a decently long warranty, so any issues that pop up within the first few months he will fix for free. If you’ve been looking for a used car but are sick of dealing with shady salesmen or overpriced lots, look no further than campus cars!”
