Before I even opened the door, I could see the associates inside smiling! I felt really welcome here. Terri was so friendly and great at her job--she even helped me cut my box down to save money on shipping. This is a great place to ship.

Everyone there seems pretty nice, couldn't for the life of my get ahold of Brandon, the owner, whom I evidently need to in order to get a UPS mailbox. I've tried three times, once in person, and been put on hold 3 times.
On principle I will no longer try to get a UPS mailbox here, not worth how low priority customers seem to be to this place.

So responsive, helpful and kind in every email and phone call! I’ve used the Waunakee store for years for my business printing needs, and they always deliver and over deliver great products! Brandon is an amazing, responsive manager and his team is great!

I had a very negative customer service experience at the UPS store. I sent the owner 2 emails in an effort to share my concern and resolve my issue, he didn’t respond!

This effing company sucks so bad I don't know how they're still in business. Every time I have a package handled by UPS it's delivered to a wrong address or some other reason I cannot get my packages. Stock sucking so bad. How are u still allowed to handle people's belongings!??? Seriously. Pull ur heads out of your rear ends! It's not that hard to make a simple delivery!!!! From my understanding for this current rant you guys messed up so bad for so many packages at exact sciences u have a ton of people calling to see about their packages.

Always a pleasure going to this store, they go above and beyond for their customers… had a return yesterday from Amazon and couldn’t get Heavy Items all the way back in the box the way it came and Lady there helped improvise and got it sealed to ship for me.

I don't usually review places, but Emily and Brandon have provided such amazing customer service that I have to say something. This location is ran by some great people; and you can feel it the second you walk in. Highly recommend
