In December I noticed my steering wheel shaking while braking so I called and they fixed everything free of charge. You don’t get customer service like this very often anymore. They even told me about a bigger problem with the truck and came up with a plan.”

“Positives: great price online, only took 1 hour 15 minutes to install 4 tires.Neutrals: only 1 tire was properly filled to manufacturers recommendations, 2 were under filled and 1 had 23 more pounds of air than was needed.Negatives: They were going to over torque the lug nuts beyond the manufacturer's recommendations. This is listed on the receipt so double check and call them on it. Know your torque specs before going.”
